Jeff, I don't know if your template is set up the same as mine.. but there should be a tool bar visible that allows you to insert photos and videos, create hyperlinks, etc.
When I create a new post, the tool bar shows at the top of the screen, right above the box where you enter new text.
I hope they're screening Monty Python movies while you're being harvested... keep them stem cells happy!
